ORAL CONSECUTIVE INTERPRETING PRICE LIST

 

1.) Local Hourly Rates apply when roundtrip driving time (from and to interpreter’s point of origin) is less than four hours.

2.) Non Local Half Day/Full Day Rates apply when roundtrip driving time (from and to interpreter’s point of origin) is four hours or more.

Half Day = 4 hours                                 Full Day = 8 hours

3.) When service continues within one hour after a half day the additional hour will be charged at the respective hourly rate detailed below. 

4.) When service continues over one hour after a half day the full day rate will apply.

5.) Overtime hours (hours that exceed eight hours per day) are subject to a 50% surcharge.

6.) Requests received three business days prior to assignment, weekend and/or holiday interpreting services are subject to a 25% surcharge. Requests received two business days prior to assignment are subject to a 50% surcharge. Requests received one business day prior to assignment or same day requests are subject to a 100% surcharge.

7.) When the interpreter's roundtrip driving time is greater than one hour, driving time beyond one hour will be charged for at the hourly interpreting rate.

8.) When domestic/overseas travel is required a half day charge for each travel day will be included on your invoice.

9.) Transportation, hotel, meals, parking expenses and roundtrip mileage charges will be added to your invoice when applicable. (All expenses will be listed in your quotation.)

10.) Cancellations requested two business days prior to assignment are subject to a 50% cancellation fee.

11.) Cancellations requested one business day prior to assignment are subject to a 100% cancellation fee.

12.) Local Onsite non-technical interpreting is subject to a two hour minimum. Telephone interpreting is subject to a one hour minimum.

LOCAL - Non-Technical Consecutive $100.00 / hour with a 2 hour minimum

NON-LOCAL –Non-Technical Consecutive – Half Day = $400.00, Full Day = $800.00
