Our most requested languages are listed below; translations for other languages are available upon request. We determine translation cost by estimating target word count and multiplying by a cost per word. All projects are subject to a minimum charge as detailed below. Delivery time required for minimum charge projects is four business days. Translations that exceed a minimum charge will be subject to a delivery date that adequately reflects the time required to translate, proofread and edit the respective word count volume. Depending on language, subject matter, and file format, a translator can normally process approximately 2,000 words per day. If you require expedited service, a 50% rush fee may apply to cover overtime hours required to meet your deadline. If you require delivery within one (1) business day or same day a 100% rush fee may apply. We apply a minimum charge to every order to cover one hour of processing time.
